FIBREnet contains PolmerPlex, a form of fiber ingredient chitosan, which is derived from crustacean shells. FibreNet provides 2,000 milligrams of chitosan per daily dosage. It is an oil blocker. Take 4 capsules with lukewarm water 20 minutes before meal and it will form an oil net to filter a limited amount of oil to prevent it from getting into your system.
